All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the conference secretariat.
Refund Structure
On or before 31st July 2026
👉 75% of the registration fee will be refunded
1st August to 30th September 2026:
👉 50% of the registration fee will be refunded
1st October to 15th November 2026:
👉 25% of the registration fee will be refunded
After 15th November 2026 / Spot Registrations:
👉 No refund will be applicable
Additional Terms
- All refunds will be processed after the conference.
- Bank/transaction charges & GST , if any, will not be refunded
- Registrations are non-transferable unless approved by the organizing committee.
- No-shows will not be eligible for any refund.
